Hello Everyone! My name is Senna and I'm hoping to start the conversation on DEI in my company. I'm a Sr. Marketing Manager and I don't think I can wait any longer for our executives to start it. I plan to purpose creating a DEI committee within our company to kick start this important work. I don't want to wait anymore on something really important when we are already so behind.
