This week, the Governor of Connecticut signed a bill eliminating religious exemptions for vaccinations, https://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/local/governor-lamont-signs-religious-vaccine-exemption-bill/2476413/

This made me think about some of the ways that employers and organizations might respond to vaccinations beyond adhering to legal requirements. I'd love to engage in conversations around what firms are doing in relation to vaccines.

Is your employer requiring employees be vaccinated? If yes, what evidence or proof is being required and what happens if such proof isn't available or provided? For those workplaces and employers not requiring vaccinations, how are employees responding?

I'm curious about learn how your DEI initiatives may or may not be impacted by such vaccination rulings.
