Are your celebrations of pride month performative? Here are some questions to ask:

✔️ Is their LGBTQ+ allyship demonstrated year-long (not only during pride month)?
✔️ Does your organization show tangible support of the LGBTQ+ community through donations, amplifying LGBTQ+ voices, etc.?
✔️ Does your organization engage in ongoing DEI initiatives?
